This is an exciting research study for stroke survivors to understand and enhance their daily, cognitive and mental functioning. Our team has expertise in developing and delivering treatment programs for improving everyday functioning for stroke survivors. We want to help stroke survivors how to have a healthy body and mind, and live better in community. This mobile tool is to assess daily life activities and understand what factors that may affect daily function for stroke survivors. This information will help us develop an interactive treatment program.
